This part of the site has higher, peakier spots that were more akin to classic sand…
First look at Scarecrow, plus the latest on food-and-beverage and more featured in the inaugural issue.
Gamble Sands Resort, renowned for its breathtaking golf, friendly hospitality and scenic views of the Columbia River, has introduced a new digital magazine — “Links Review” — providing an inside look at the stories behind the Washington destination’s award-winning golf experience.
Each issue of the quarterly “Links Review” will feature a range of original content, including behind-the-scenes interviews with the Gamble Sands team and architects who designed each of the resort’s four courses — the original namesake; new Scarecrow opening Aug. 1; 14-hole Quicksands short course; and river-view Cascade Putting Course.
The first issue highlights General Manager Blake Froling’s impressions of watching Scarecrow come to life outside his office window over the past couple years and playing it for the first time during a recent media preview event. Also in this issue, the Gamble Sands culinary team discusses the multitude of food-and-beverage options available to guests with the addition of the The Barn in 2024.
